Udhar.Online provides a range of services including Android game development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, quality assurance, and ongoing support. Detailed service descriptions and deliverables will be provided in individual project agreements.
Payments for our services are governed by the pricing plans and invoicing schedules agreed upon prior to project commencement. Invoices will be issued at project initiation and at predetermined milestones. You agree to pay all fees and charges in accordance with the agreed-upon terms. Failure to comply with these payment terms may result in suspension or termination of services.
Any changes in project scope that require additional charges will be communicated in advance and must be approved in writing.
All intellectual property rights in the work produced by Udhar.Online remain our property unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverable; however, the underlying source code, design concepts, and proprietary methodologies remain our property.
Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our intellectual property is strictly prohibited.
You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any misuse of our Services may result in immediate termination of your access.
Upon completion of a project and receipt of full payment, we will deliver the agreed-upon work. You are granted a license to use the final deliverable as specified in your service contract. Any requests for additional modifications after project delivery may incur extra fees and will be subject to a new agreement.
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information exchanged during the course of the project. This includes, but is not limited to, business strategies, technical data, and personal information. Confidentiality obligations survive the termination of the project.
Either party may terminate the Services if there is a material breach of these Terms that is not remedied within a reasonable period. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due, and any licenses granted will be revoked.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Udhar.Online shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in question.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Udhar.Online, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your use of our Services or any breach of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be resolved through amicable negotiation or, if necessary, through binding arbitration or litigation in the appropriate courts of Pakistan.
Udhar.Online shall not be liable for any delays or failures in performance due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, war, terrorism, or governmental restrictions. In such cases, we will endeavor to resume performance as soon as possible.
Our website may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not under our control. We do not endorse or assume any responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third parties. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
Any feedback or suggestions you provide to us are considered non-confidential and become our property. We reserve the right to use your feedback to improve our Services without any obligation to compensate you.
These Terms, along with any additional agreements referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and Udhar.Online regarding your use of our Services. They supersede all prior and contemporaneous understandings, whether written or oral.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any other provision or of any subsequent breach. Failure by Udhar.Online to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce that provision in the future.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective immediately. Your continued use of our Services after the posting of any amendments constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
